A concept created by myself and a fellow classmate at the University of South Carolina, Final Brand began as a senior class project in which we decided to build and brand our own textile company. Our aim was to create a unique aesthetic by combining expressive hand-drawn elements with a clean, structured identity system that can be applied to a variety of mediums. Following this idea, we produced a small line of journals, buttons, and pocket tees that feature three original patterns. These patterns poke at the meaning of the word "Final," arranging bones and teeth lightheartedly over a vibrant color palette. The implications of these objects become almost lost to the colorful forms of the space surrounding them.
